Recommend the best solutions for each client.
Work with the onboarding team for a smooth handoff.
Understand business goals and challenges.
Explain Cynergists’ services and pricing.
Build trust through thoughtful conversations.
Keep detailed notes in the CRM.
Meet sales targets and contribute to team success.

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and a confident virtual presence.
Strong ability to ask the right questions and recommend solutions.
