About the Role

Cynergists is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll meet with qualified leads on pre-scheduled Zoom calls, guide discovery conversations, and recommend the right mix of services to help businesses scale. You won’t be cold calling or chasing leads, just showing up ready to consult, connect, and close.

This is a consultative sales position focused on helping business owners understand how our virtual assistants and services can unlock growth and save them time.

What You’ll Do

Join pre-scheduled Zoom meetings with warm leads

Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals and challenges

Provide a clear overview of Cynergists’ services and pricing

Recommend customized solutions that align with each client’s needs

Build trust through thoughtful questions and a genuine consultative approach

Maintain detailed notes and updates in the CRM

Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in consultative sales, business development, or client-facing roles

Excellent communication skills and a confident virtual presence

Strong ability to ask insightful questions and recommend the right solutions

Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

A team-first attitude and eagerness to contribute to a growing company

Bonus Points For

Experience selling services to small businesses, startups, or agencies

Background in virtual staffing, SaaS, or operations consulting

Familiarity with CRMs and remote collaboration tools
