About the Role
We are seeking an AI & Marketing Growth Consultant to join our remote team. This role is centered on guiding clients through discovery and solution-building conversations. You’ll meet with pre-qualified leads via Zoom, uncover their needs, and recommend customized strategies that leverage AI and marketing to achieve measurable business growth. Your focus will be on understanding and advising, not cold calling.
What You’ll Do
Engage with warm leads through scheduled consultations
Facilitate discovery conversations to learn about client goals, challenges, and opportunities
Recommend AI and marketing growth strategies aligned with each client’s objectives
Build trust and rapport through thoughtful questioning and actionable insights
Keep accurate notes and opportunity details in the CRM
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handoff and strong client outcomes
What You Bring
3+ years in consultative sales, business development, or client advisory roles
Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting virtually
Strong ability to diagnose challenges and shape tailored solutions
Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple client conversations
Self-motivated and comfortable in a fully remote environment
A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for shared success

Background working with small businesses, startups, or agencies
